data record (A data structure that is a collection of fields (elements), each with its own name and type. Unlike an array, whose elements all represent the same type of information and are accessed using an index, the elements of a record represent different types of information and are accessed by name. A record can be accessed as a collective unit of elements, or the elements can be accessed individually); listing (An entry in a list, catalog, or directory providing information about a Web site, product or item for sale, or service); record (A group of related fields (columns) of information treated as a unit and arranged in a horizontal line in a table or spreadsheet); recording (A feature that allows presenters to capture and publish the audio and visual components of a meeting for later viewing) |
