The Letter of Credit arrangements will be as follows:
- Bank 1 will issue the L/C.
- Bank 2 will issue an irrevocable reimbursement undertaking (IRU) in support of that L/C, if necessary.
- Bank 3 will confirm the L/C from Bank 1 with the IRU from Bank 2.

The costs associated wih this arrangement will be borne as follows.....

The above agreement with Bank 3 is subject to sight of the L/C from Bank 1.
