| ripped off (for money /services or products). In other words, you can simply say 'I was ripped off' meaning 'Меня поимели...', or as in your post above. Or you can elaborate: ripped off for, say, a million bucks or for car repairs (meaning they charged me way too much for car repairs). |

| absolutely, though it is much more common when companies rip you off, not vice versa. |
