The possessor can be: 1. a possessor-user: any soldier who was issued individual equipment, or equipment put at his disposal for his own individual needs, any person assigned the security and maintenance of collective equipment; 2. a possessor-depository: qualification given to the officer in charge of equipment, regarding the equipment he took over at the unit's stores.
