Electronic warfare is a type of operational or tactical support aimed at disorganizing enemy command and control systems, reducing the effectiveness of enemy reconnaissance and intelligence-collection and diminishing the effectiveness of his weapons and equipment, while maintaining the reliability of the command and control systems of friendly forces and weapons.
